INT. BEDROOM--DAY

My time at Best Buy for the past two and a half weeks was worth a cool $415 US. That's an awesome amount of money for me to have received. Because I had negative dollars in the bank. They were going to break my legs until I produced a check, at which point their pupils turned into dollar signs and a cash register sound came out of their asses.

To celebrate, I put to use my employee discount for the first time today. It kicked in big time as such:

Undeclared-The complete series: $36.99-->$28.86
The Life Aquatic: $24.99-->$19.68
Palindromes: $19.99-->$15.74
Taxi Driver: $14.99-->$12.16

Total savings: I'm not math. But it looks to me like a fair sum.

What else I did today was go location scouting for my movie. It took me as far Ocean Parkway, a few miles into Suffolk county. I also went to Long Beach, Oceanside Park, Hofstra University, Oil City, and the playground down the street and took pictures. That's a good thing because it will help me with the storyboards.

Katzman seems pretty impressed with my script and idea overall. This is mostly a bad thing because the finished product will be shit. Whatevz though. It's nice to know he actually cares about the project.

Uhhh, the Adderall is making me really nervous. I'll watch a movie that I bought today.

Our party's gonna be so awesome.

My mom told me today that she was diagnosed with diabetes a month ago. Not only that, but her dad, my grandfather, was also diagnosed with diabetes at the same time. Not only that, but my dad was diagnosed too with diabetes like 15 years ago.

WHEN AM I GOING TO BE DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETES????/?

I guess it kicks in late for the Shenoys. So I'm going to have to wait like 30 years before I find out. If the suspense doesn't kill me, the diabetes might.

Me. With diabetes. Imagine that. A 'betes boy. Like all the others.
