I need your guys' help with 9-across of today's Newsday crossword puzzle. The clue is "Santa ____ Is Coming To Town." It's six letters, but I don't have any solved. I think it's KIWIS.

Today was the first day of classes and I ripped my pants! It'd be a funnier story if I'd ripped them before class, but it happened after, as I got into my car to leave school, so no one saw it. It'd also be funnier had they ripped in the classic "ass style" as seen ad hilarium on TV and in movies. But these pants ripped at the crotch. This just further proves that I can't do anything right.

1-800-FLOWERS started off as a telephone number, right? Did it then become a chain of stores or a website? I ask because the stores are called 1-800-FLOWERS.com. It's a phone number, a website, and a retailer all in one. Anyway, there's this hot girl that works at 1-800-FLOWERS.com on Long Beach Rd. where the Pizza Hut used to be. I know because I went there to get my mom flowers for her birthday, a 50-buck bouquet. Flowers, yes, 1-800-FLOWERS.com.
